Youplanners Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in the Program:
To participate in the Youplanners affiliate marketing program an affiliate participant must complete the online application form and be approved by Youplanners.
Youplanners reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliate's Responsibilities:
Affiliate agrees to promote and market You Planners' products and services as specified by Youplanners.
Affiliate shall use ethical and legal marketing methods to promote Youplanners products and services.
Affiliate shall not engage in any form of spam, unsolicited email, or any other illegal or unethical marketing methods.
Affiliate shall not bid on keywords related to Youplanners' brand name, product names, or other trademarks in any pay-per-click advertising campaigns without the prior written consent of Youplanners.
Commissions and Payments
Affiliate shall earn a commission as specified in Youplanners' affiliate commission structure for each qualified sale generated through their affiliate link.
Affiliates are subject to weekly/monthly payment.
Youplanners reserves the right to adjust the commission structure at its discretion with prior notice to the Affiliate.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by giving written notice to the other party.
In the event of termination, Affiliate shall be entitled to unpaid commissions earned up to the date of termination, provided that the commissions exceed the payment threshold.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
By enrolling in the Youplanners affiliate program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
